ORIANA at Hamburg
Below we see further images of ORIANA in Blohm + Voss alongside QUEEN MARY 2 shortly before her departure.
While both were named in Southampton by Her Majesty the Queen and both hold serve as the fastest in their respective fleets the two vessels make a striking contrast to each other with opinion on which features finer lines being purely a personal preference.
It is also of interest to compare that for the Cunard flagship this was her 6th refit in just under 8 years of service in comparison to ORIANA having had about the same amount in her 16 years in service.
