ORIANA as an cruising ident

As well as being a known sight to cruisers for a number years ORIANA appeared daily on the now defunct UK satellite channel SKY travel shop which offered viewers a mix of travel related programmes and also holidays sales.
During the advertisement breaks one of the travel images which would appear was ORIANA at anchor as well as being the ship which represented upcoming cruise sales on the channel.

ORIANA also would appear occasionally on the channel during its various repeats of the Australian produced documentary series The Liners which charted the history of the development of the passenger ship, the first part of which feature extensively ORIANA and interviews with her first master Commodore Gibb.
